Cadwalader’s Tax Group was named “Pro Bono Firm of the Year” as part of the International Tax Review (ITR) annual “Americas Tax Awards” program, which “recognizes remarkable achievements and developments by international tax professionals from the North, Central and South American regions over a 12-month period.”
The firm’s Not-for-Profit Incubator, which is co-chaired by Linda Swartz and Jason Schwartz – and whose team includes Alissa Kalinowski, Mike Gonzalez, Annie Mohan and Harris Greenberg – works diligently year-round to help aspiring not-for-profit organizations obtain tax-exempt status on behalf of a diverse range of aspiring missions.
Over the past decade, the Incubator has incorporated and obtained tax-exemption for nearly 400 such organizations, which sets them up for great future successes.
