Cadwalader's Wes Misson and Katie McShane presented a CLE live webinar with Strafford Webinars on "ESG in Fund Finance" yesterday. The presentation began with an overview of ESG, where Wes provided a deep background of ESG investing and current market trends. Wes and Katie then discussed the two most prominent frameworks for guidance in the industry on ESG loans: the LSTA/LMA/APLMA Sustainability Linked Loan Principles and the Green Loan Principles. Katie discussed ESG in Fund Finance and provided guidance on how to structure ESG facilities in Fund Finance. The webinar ended with closing remarks and some questions from the audience. There was a great turnout, with over 80 locations registered for the event.
