Please join us in welcoming Alexander Botting, Rebecca Roy, Natalie Klein and Adam LaFleche to Cadwalader. 

Alexander Botting joins the Fund Finance team as an associate in London. Alexander comes to Cadwalader from a global law firm where he worked on a wide range of fund finance transactions. His experience also includes leveraged finance and restructuring. Alexander received his LL.M. from BPP University and his LL.B. from the London School of Economics.

Rebecca Roy joins the Fund Finance team as an associate in Charlotte. Rebecca comes to Cadwalader from another major law firm, where she represented sponsors on the borrower side of private capital transactions. She will also work closely with the Leveraged Finance team. Rebecca earned her LL.M. from Duke University School of Law and her LL.B. from the University of Edinburgh.

Natalie Klein joined the Fund Finance team in New York and earned her J.D. from New York Law School.

Adam LaFleche joined the Fund Finance team in New York and holds a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.

Each of these new team members brings a wealth of knowledge and unique experiences that will strengthen our ability to provide outstanding service to our clients.
