This week the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA) circulated a draft proposal around subscription facilities. Graham Bippart of Private Funds CFO published an extensive article on it yesterday titled “ILPA to recommend boosting disclosure of capital call credit line usage.” The subscription-required article is available here. ILPA has kindly requested comments on the proposal from the Fund Finance Association, among others. The FFA is reviewing the proposal and plans to provide commentary to ILPA in the coming week.
