Cadwalader partners Phara Guberman and Danielle Tully have been named to the 2023 Crain’s New York Business “Notable Women in Law” list.
The list of honorees features 100 female attorneys who “are furthering justice and keeping the cogs of commerce spinning” through their commitment to “performing consequential legal or pro bono work, serving as mentors, promoting inclusivity and serving in leadership roles in civic or philanthropic endeavors.”
Guberman is a partner in the firm’s Global Litigation Group and member of the White Collar Defense and Investigations Practice. She is a seasoned trial attorney who is regularly recognized as one of the leading white collar criminal defense practitioners in the country.
Tully is a partner in the firm’s in the firm’s Global Litigation Group and has more than 15 years of experience handling complex patent, trade secret, copyright, and trademark litigations for clients in a wide range of technology areas, including pharmaceutical, medical device, computer hardware and software, and more.
