Cadwalader advised ELEAD1ONE, a leading provider of fully integrated customer relationship management software solutions to automotive dealers, in its acquisition by CDK Global, Inc. (Nasdaq: CDK).
ELEAD1ONE serves approximately 4,000 dealerships across North America, including 6 of the top 10 dealer groups, and has over 1,500 employees with offices in Georgia and Florida. CDK Global is a leading global provider of integrated information technology and digital marketing solutions to the automotive retail and adjacent industries. Focused on enabling end-to-end automotive commerce, CDK Global provides solutions to dealers in more than 100 countries around the world, serving approximately 28,000 retail locations and most automotive manufacturers.
The transaction received all required regulatory approvals and closed September 14, 2018.
