Cadwalader is advising Greencoat UK Wind PLC on its share issuance programme of up to 750 million new ordinary shares and admission to the official list and trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market. Greencoat UK Wind PLC is the leading London listed renewable infrastructure investment fund, which has invested in 37 operating UK onshore and offshore wind farms.
