Cadwalader is advising Hudson Executive Capital (“HEC”) on its acquisition, along with funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, of Cardtronics plc, a leading non-bank ATM deployer, in a transaction valued at $2.3 billion.
New York City-based Hudson Executive Capital has been a longtime client of Cadwalader since HEC’s inception.
The Cadwalader team is led by Corporate co-head Richard Brand and includes Corporate partners Braden McCurrach and Joanna Valentine and associates Matthew Dolloff and Monica Lindsay; and Tax partner Adam Blakemore.
