Cadwalader advised Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase and Citigroup on a $165 million commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) loan to refinance Silverstein Properties’ office building at 120 Wall Street in Manhattan. The transaction was reported in The Commercial Observer.
