Cadwalader served as counsel to initial purchasers Oppenheimer & Co and Morgan Stanley on the $400 million notes offering by Aeropuertos Argentina 2000.
Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 was founded in 1998 to manage and operate 33 air terminals within the Argentine territory, becoming the biggest private operator in the country, accounting for approximately 90% of Argentina’s air traffic.
The Cadwalader team included partners Ira Schacter and Gary Silverstein, special counsel Michael McCormack and Jean Marie Bertrand and associate Stephanie Hines.
