Cadwalader represented the lender in a $500 million refinancing of 330 Madison Avenue, an approximately 840,000 square foot office and retail property in Midtown Manhattan that is owned by a joint venture in which Vornado Realty Trust has a 25% interest.
The Cadwalader team was led by real estate partner Holly Marcille Chamberlain and included senior counsel James Carroll and associates Christopher Dickson, Anastasia Fanning and Molly Lovedale.
