Cadwalader represented the co-lenders in an approximately $1.7 billion mortgage and mezzanine financing in connection with HNA Group’s acquisition of 245 Park Avenue, a 1.8 million square foot office and retail tower in midtown Manhattan, from a joint venture between Brookfield Property Partners and New York State Teachers’ Retirement System.
The Cadwalader team was led by Real Estate partners William McInerney and Bonnie Neuman and included associates Kelvin Hsu, Susan Miller and Jamie Rothman.
