Cadwalader advised Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as lender in a $120 million mortgage loan secured by 4 Union Square South, a retail property in the Union Square neighborhood of Manhattan that is owned by Vornado Realty Trust. The loan includes approximately $7.2 million in new financing; the remainder is assumption and refinancing of pre-existing debt at the property.
The Cadwalader team was led by real estate partner Holly Marcille Chamberlain, and included senior counsel James Carroll and special counsel Christopher Dickson.
