Cadwalader received a perfect 100 percent score on the 2018 Corporate Equality Index (CEI). Administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, the CEI is a national benchmarking survey of corporate policies and practices related to LGBT workplace equality. This marks the sixth consecutive year that the firm has attained a top rating and the designation of a Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality.
