Cadwalader earned multiple top scores in the Creditflux CLO Census 2021, which asks CLO market participants for their input on the best CLO arrangers, law firms, rating agencies and other service providers.
The firm ranked first as the law firm that provides the best service to European CLO arrangers. It also was ranked best at advocating on behalf of the European CLO industry.
The firm also landed in the Top 5 across all other “Legal Services” categories, which include the law firms providing the best service to European and U.S. CLO managers and U.S. CLO arrangers and those that have best advocated on behalf of the U.S. CLO industry.
Now in its fifth edition, the 2021 Creditflux Census generated input from 242 market participants, making it the publication’s largest.
