Cadwalader once again earned top scores across multiple legal services categories in the Creditflux CLO Census 2022, which asks CLO market participants for their input on the best CLO arrangers, investors, law firms, rating agencies and other service providers.
The firm ranked first at advocating on behalf of the European CLO industry. It also landed among the Top 5 law firms providing the best service to European U.S. CLO managers, U.S. and European CLO arrangers and those that have best advocated on behalf of the U.S. CLO industry.
Now in its sixth edition, the 2022 Creditflux Census generated input from 389 market participants, making it the publication’s largest.
