Cadwalader hosted its third annual roundtable discussion during the 2017 JPMorgan Healthcare Conference in San Francisco, one of the premier conferences in the healthcare industry. The discussion focused on the rising trend of government investigations of drug pricing and the implications for healthcare generally under President-elect Trump and the Republican-controlled Congress.
The roundtable was led by Cadwalader partner and former U.S. Attorney and top U.S. Justice Department official Kenneth Wainstein and White Collar partner Bret Campbell, and included Corporate partners Richard Brand, William Mills and Paul Mourning.
