Adam Blakemore (Tax Law) is a partner in the Firm’s London Tax Practice. Blakemore advises on the taxation aspects of structuring domestic and cross-border corporate and financing transactions, including securitisations, repackagings, credit linked instruments, stock lending arrangements and a variety of financial products.
Angus Duncan (Derivatives, Securitisation Law: Securitisation, Structured Finance) is a partner in the Firm’s London Capital Markets Practice. Focusing on a broad range of structured finance and securitisation transactions spanning a range of assets including loans, consumer receivables, real estate and hedge fund interests, Duncan’s practice also focuses on insurance-linked securities including catastrophe bonds, sidecars, industry loss warranties and privately placed transactions with respect to catastrophe, mortality and longevity risk using the capital markets.
Yushan Ng (Insolvency & Restructuring Law) is a partner in Cadwalader’s London Financial Restructuring Group. He has acted on a wide range of domestic and cross-border restructurings, insolvency proceedings and financings with a focus on advising institutions that invest in distressed situations or finance impaired credits. Ng has particular experience in structuring and executing complex loan-to-own transactions for investors with significant strategic positions.
