Cadwalader has been recognized in the Yale Law Women 2020 Top Firms for Gender Equity & Family Friendliness Report. The firm is ranked among the leaders in the “Hiring Practices” and “LGBTQ+ Representation” categories.
The Yale Law Women Top Firms Report presents a holistic evaluation of the Vault 100 law firms based on survey results from firms and attorneys. The report focuses on a range of components of gender equity and family friendliness.
Through the Cadwalader Center for Diversity & Inclusion, the firm offers diversity programs and initiatives designed to manage talent, increase employee engagement, and generate awareness of diversity and inclusion issues. The firm’s affinity networks, including the Cadwalader LGBT Network and the Women’s Leadership Initiative, provide additional opportunities for professional development.
Earlier this year, Cadwalader received a perfect 100 percent score on the 2020 Corporate Equality Index, marking the eighth consecutive year that the firm has attained a top rating and the designation of a Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality.
