Cadwalader was once again named “CLO Law Firm of the Year” as part of GlobalCapital’s 2023 European Securitization Awards. The awards, held last night in London, recognized “the leading banks, deals and market participants of 2022.”
Cadwalader advised Barclays as lead arranger in the €400 million “CLO Deal of the Year”: CVC Cordatus Loan Fund XXVI DAC transaction. The team was led by partners David Quirolo and Alexander Collins, with assistance from Adam Blakemore, Catherine Richardson, Kristine Jensen, Hugo Chan, William Walsh, Ilinca Vasiliu and Daniela Peterson.
In addition, Cadwalader advised on a shortlisted “ESG Deal of the Year” transaction: Grosvenor Place CLO 2022-1. Capital Markets partner Nick Shiren and special counsel Assia Damianova led the team.
