Cadwalader officially relocated to its new, state-of-the-art office space in Washington, D.C. on January 8.
Located in Foggy Bottom, long known as the city’s government and cultural hub, the firm’s new space at 1919 Pennsylvania Avenue NW is in the middle of a bustling central business district. Cadwalader occupies two floors of the eight-story building, including its sixth floor, featuring offices, collaboration areas and ample social spaces for engagement; and its penthouse level, which will feature meeting spaces for large functions, flexible work areas, a rooftop bar, garden and outdoor terrace of the city’s landmarks.
The move to “1919 Penn” reflects both the firm’s commitment to the best possible workplace experience for its people and a celebration of 60 years of Cadwalader providing exceptional legal services to financial and regulatory market participants in Washington, D.C.
