Cadwalader has been named “UK Firm of the Year” as part of the Women in Business Law Awards Europe 2021, which recognize the firms that have “developed the most progressive initiatives towards diversity and inclusion from throughout the continent.”
In addition, Cadwalader Capital Markets partner Claire Puddicombe was named “Structured Finance & Securitisation Lawyer of the Year,” as part of the practice area awards that recognize “leading women for their contributions to the practice of business law.”
Cadwalader was also shortlisted as an “International Firm” in these categories: “Gender Diversity,” “Mentorship Programme,” “Minority Women Lawyer,” “Pro Bono,” “Talent Management,” “Work-Life Balance,” and “Women in Business Law.”
In the practice area awards, Cadwalader attorney Assia Damianova was shortlisted in the “Structured Finance and Securitisation Lawyer of the Year” category.
The Women in Business Law Awards encompass an extensive research process that includes an analysis of direct submissions, peer review interviews with law firms and in-house teams, and client feedback.
