Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, a leading counselor to global financial institutions and corporations, was named Best Securitization Law Firm at the GlobalCapital Securitization Milestones Dinner, held last night at the Broad Street Ballroom in New York City.
The award winners were selected via market-wide polls and based on the GlobalCapital 2013 year-end league tables.
