Cadwalader has been shortlisted for multiple awards, including in the “Law Firms of the Year,” “Teams of the Year” and “Deals of the Year” categories, as part of the 2022 IFLR Europe Awards, which recognize legal innovation in cross-border transactions that closed in 2021.
The firm is nominated as a top U.S. law firm and a top structured finance and securitization team, both in recognition of the firm’s market-leading work across a broad range of products and asset classes.
The firm also earned multiple “Deal of the Year” nominations in the “Structured Finance and Securitization” category for its representations in connection with:
- “Starz CRE CLO”: Cadwalader advised Credit Suisse as arranger and placement agent on the Starz CRE CLO, the first CRE CLO in Europe since the credit crisis.
