Cadwalader has been shortlisted as a 2024 Professional Development Firm of the Year and Career Coaching Programme of the Year as part of the Legal Benchmarking Group Social Impact Awards. Winners will be announced in September.
In their feedback to our firm, the judging panel were particularly impressed by Cadwalader’s Future Leaders Coaching Program, which is designed to create a robust talent pipeline for senior women attorneys in London.
The annual awards will recognise "leading firms and figures across the EMEA region who are transforming the culture of big law and creating a more inclusive legal industry. From fostering a culture of belonging to implementing policies and programmes that promote fairness and opportunity for all, the shortlisted firms have set a benchmark for others to follow in the legal profession."
