Cadwalader has been shortlisted for the 2024 Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Awards in the Innovative Lawyers in Deals & Financing category, announced today.
Our firm was recognized for a submission, “Optimizing a Bank’s Regulatory Capital Profile: Cadwalader's North American CRT Market Leadership,” which explores our role in bank capital relief trades, including notable activity in the market over the past year.
Held annually in the U.S. since 2010, the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Awards celebrates the best in innovation from law firms and in-house legal teams in the North America region in digital innovation, strategic advice, talent management and driving positive change in the profession.
