Cadwalader has been shortlisted for multiple awards, including in the “Deals of the Year” and “Teams of the Year” categories, as part of the 2022 IFLR Americas Awards, which recognize “the most legally innovative cross-border transactions that closed in 2021.”
The firm is nominated for multiple “Teams of the Year” awards, including in the “Loan,” “Structured Finance & Securitization” and “Financial Services Regulatory” categories, in recognition of its market-leading work within these legal practice areas.
The firm was also nominated in “Deals of the Year: Loan” for its representation of Bank of America on a $4.1 billion ESG-linked credit facility tied to board diversity for funds managed by The Carlyle Group.
The award winners will be announced at a ceremony in New York on May 19.
