Cadwalader’s Summer Associate program is ranked 19th nationally – a significant step up from the firm’s No. 41 ranking a year ago – in The American Lawyer’s recently released annual Summer Associates Survey.
The survey evaluated responses from more 3,600 summer associates at 82 of the world’s largest firms. Respondents were asked to rate their firms based on quality of work, partner and associate interaction, and likelihood to accept an offer if extended.
“We are very excited about another strong ranking and, especially, a big move up,” said Tara Conlon, the firm’s Director of Legal Recruitment. “We have evaluated and revamped our summer associate program in recent years, arriving at just the right mix of challenging assignments, engaging pro bono opportunities, professional development programs and social events. Our summers continue to tell us directly and through surveys how much they value their summer at Cadwalader.”
