GlobalCapital named Cadwalader its 2025 “CLO Law Firm of the Year” at its European Securitization Awards ceremony last night in London.
Cadwalader also won CLO Deal of the Year for its innovative work representing BNP Paribas as the arranger in the execution of the first European middle-market private credit CLO for Barings.
The annual awards recognize the market’s leading deals and institutions. According to GlobalCapital, the “awards are unique in that they are decided by the market itself. This means that the winners are those the industry considers to be its leading lights."
