- “Starz CRE CLO”: Cadwalader advised Credit Suisse as arranger and placement agent on the Starz CRE CLO, the first CRE CLO in Europe since the financial crisis. ERM Funding is the first post-financial crisis publicly-rated full-term UK securitization of equity release mortgages comprising recent-vintage originations.
