Cadwalader lawyers Adam Magid and Patrick O'Keefe were honored as recipients of 2018 Pro Bono Publico Awards for outstanding service to The Legal Aid Society and its clients at a ceremony held at the Prince George Ballroom in New York.
Magid, a special counsel in Cadwalader’s Global Litigation Group, represented a New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) resident, defending her in termination of tenancy proceedings.
O'Keefe, an associate in the firm’s Capital Markets Group, represented two NYCHA Section 8 recipients in termination of tenancy proceedings.
