Cadwalader Capital Markets partner Alex Collins was recognized as part of the IFLR’s 2022 “Rising Stars” EMEA awards, which recognize “future legal leaders” across a range of practice areas and within in-house legal departments.
Collins was one of just five private practice attorneys recognized in the “Structured Finance & Securitization” category.
Collins focuses his practice on structured finance, with an emphasis on CLOs. He has acted on a wide range of cross-border structured finance transactions and in respect of CLOs, has represented arrangers, asset managers and warehouse finance providers in connection with a variety of European CLO 2.0 transactions and warehouse facilities.
