Cadwalader's Bonnie Neuman has been shortlisted for the 2019 Euromoney Legal Media Group Americas Women in Business Law Awards.
Neuman is a partner in the firm’s Finance Group with a concentration in the area of real estate finance. She represents clients in domestic and cross-border transactions, including the origination of mortgage and mezzanine loans, syndication, loan servicing, non-performing loan securitizations, loan restructuring and bankruptcy-related matters. Her clients include global investment banks, national and international financial institutions, investors and servicers. Her experience includes the financing of a wide range of commercial properties and drafting and negotiating intercreditor arrangements and secondary market sales of mortgage and mezzanine loans.
She was recognized as a Real Estate Rising Star in each of 2016, 2017 and 2018 by Law360 on its annual list of top attorneys under 40 years of age. Neuman is a member of the CREFC Women’s Network where she serves on the Community Outreach and Women in Need Committees.
The eighth annual Euromoney LMG Americas Women in Business Law Awards will be announced at a ceremony on June 6 at the Essex House in New York.
