Cadwalader Global Litigation partner Ellen Holloman received the New York County Lawyers Association “NYCLA Conspicuous Service Award,” as a contributing author to the recently-released 5th edition of Robert Haig’s Commercial Litigation in New York State Courts, the preeminent treatise on the subject, published by Thomson Reuters in cooperation with the NYCLA.
Holloman authored the inaugural “Diversity and Inclusion” chapter, which enumerates the value added by a more diverse and inclusive case team at each stage of a litigation, and provides different strategies for readers to implement better diversity and inclusion practices in their firms.
