Guberman defends clients in a wide array of litigation matters and investigations, representing clients in court and before the United States Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Reserve, state attorney generals, FINRA and other self-regulatory organizations, other federal agencies, and international regulators. Phara also has substantial experience as a business litigator, representing clients in high stakes civil litigation matters in federal and state courts and arbitration proceedings.
