Cadwalader partner Stephen Fraidin has been appointed as an Adviser on the American Law Institute (ALI) Restatement of the Law, Corporate Governance project.
ALI is a leading independent organization producing scholarly work to clarify, modernize and otherwise improve the law. Its Restatement series of publications is primarily addressed to courts and aims at clear formulations of common law and its statutory elements or variations, and reflects the law as it presently stands or might appropriately be stated by a court.
