Cadwalader lawyers Steven Baker and Gillian Burns have been chosen as members of the 2018 BTI Client Services All-Star team.

Steven Baker is a partner in Cadwalader’s Global Litigation Group in London. He specializes in complex, often multijurisdictional, disputes in the fields of general commercial law and private international law, with a particular focus on banking, financial services, commodities, and technology and communications. Baker is co-author of the recently published treatise, IT Contracts and Dispute Management: A Practitioner’s Guide to the Project Lifecycle. (Edward Elgar Publishing, ISBN: 9781784710118).
Gillian Burns is a special counsel in Cadwalader’s Litigation Group in New York. She concentrates her practice on complex commercial and securities litigation, in addition to regulatory investigations. Burns’ clients include public and private companies, underwriters, lenders, professional firms, corporate directors and other individuals in a variety of industries, including financial services, energy, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, real estate and telecommunications.
