Cadwalader’s London fund finance team has been shortlisted for The Lawyer Awards 2020 in the “funds team” category in recognition of its service to private markets managers globally of innovative liquidity solutions. The Lawyer Awards are presented annually to leading law firms and in-house legal teams in the City.
Cadwalader’s team, led by partners Samantha Hutchinson and Nathan Parker, have represented private markets managers and financial institutions globally for over two decades across all assets classes developing bespoke liquidity solutions for funds and have advised on some of the largest and most innovative fund finance products in market. In the last twelve months alone, the team has advised over 35 fund managers on various liquidity solutions ranging from subscription lines, to manager liquidity facilities to NAV-backed facilities, to pure and quasi-preferred equity solutions, with a total deal volume in excess of £21 billion.
