Corporate Co-Chair William Mills participated in a panel at Tulane University Law School’s 30th Annual Corporate Law Institute. Mills’ panel, “Current Best Practices in Considering and Approving Transactions in Target and Buyer Company Board Rooms,” covered best practices developed in connection with substantive and practical matters associated with the target board approval process, including the examination of potential conflicts of interests of directors and financial advisors, the role of directors in negotiations and other matters.
The Tulane Corporate Law Institute is recognized as one of the premier M&A, corporate and securities law conferences in the country, and took place March 15-16, 2018, in New Orleans, Louisiana.
