  • Citibank as sponsor of Eureka (ABCP Program) in the establishment of a commercial paper funded warehousing facility for a car leasing purchase originator
  • A global investment bank in respect of an off-balance sheet warehousing of trade receivables due from major retailers to suppliers
  • European Credit Management on a leveraged loan warehousing through ABCP conduits for three CLO vehicles
