Abram Olchyk is an associate in Cadwalader’s Capital Markets Group. He represents a diverse group of banks, funds and other market players in their roles as underwriters, borrowers, collateral managers and lenders in structured lending deals. He is experienced in a variety of asset classes for transactions including CLOs, repurchase facilities, ABS, warehouse and credit facilities and financings.
Abram also represents a variety of lenders in real estate finance transactions, with a focus on loan-on-loan style financing and real estate securitizations.
Abram received his J.D., cum laude, from the American University Washington College of Law, and his B.A. from Syracuse University. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Washington, D.C.
