Alicia Davis is a senior attorney in Cadwalader’s Charlotte office. She focuses on real estate finance, where she represents financial institutions in connection with the origination of mortgage loans secured by one or more commercial office buildings, retail properties, hotels and multifamily housing. Alicia also has experience in the origination of mezzanine loans, and the servicing and sale of mortgage loans, mezzanine loans and repurchase facilities.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Alicia was an associate at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP.
Alicia received her J.D. from William & Mary, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif and served as an editor of the William & Mary Law Review. She received a B.A., summa cum laude, from Bethany College. Alicia is admitted to practice in the State of North Carolina and the State of Delaware.
