Andrea Hoffer is an associate in Cadwalader’s Capital Markets Group. Andrea represents lenders, issuers and underwriters on a range of structured finance and asset-backed lending transactions including secured lending facilities (both bilateral and syndicated) and collateralized loan obligations backed by middle market loans, broadly syndicated corporate loans and other types of loans.
Andrea received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School where she was an Executive Editor of the Michigan Law Review, and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Grand Valley State University.
