Andrew Huynh is an associate in the Global Litigation Group. He represents clients through all phases of civil litigation in a broad range of complex commercial disputes, class actions, and government enforcement actions, including with antitrust, securities, stockholder disputes and derivative actions, mergers and acquisitions, breach of contract, and other commercial torts.
Andrew has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star from 2020-2024 for General Litigation.
Andrew also has a dedicated pro bono practice where he has represented clients in civil rights and International Child Abduction Remedies Act (ICARA) actions.
Andrew received his J.D. from Cornell Law School, magna cum laude, and is a member of the Order of the Coif. He received his B.A. from Wesleyan University.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Andrew practiced at a boutique litigation firm and at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.
