Andrew is an associate in Cadwalader’s Global Litigation Group. He represents companies and individuals in complex civil litigation, white collar criminal defense, and government investigations and enforcement matters. Andrew has represented clients in both federal and state courts as well as in enforcement matters before the Southern District of New York, Securities and Exchange Commission, and Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
After graduating law school, Andrew served as Law Clerk to the Honorable David A. Ezra of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Andrew was a Litigation Associate at Sullivan and Cromwell in New York, NY, where his practiced focused on white collar criminal defense and investigation matters.
Andrew received his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, where he was a member the Chancellors society and of the Texas Law Review, as well as an Associate Editor of the Texas Journal on Civil Liberties & Civil Rights. He received his B.A. in Economics from Stanford University. Andrew is admitted to practice in New York.
