Ashley Flaherty is an associate in the firm’s Finance Group. She focuses her practice on fund finance, representing lenders in the negotiating and documenting of subscription credit facilities.
Ashley graduated from law school with both academic and pro bono honors. She received her B.A. cum laude in Political Science and English from Wilkes University. Within the firm, Ashley is a member of the Technology Committee as well as the Women’s Leadership Initiative.
