Benjamin Drew is an associate in Cadwalader's Capital Markets Group. Benjamin represents investment banks and other financial institutions as issuers, underwriters and lenders in CLO transactions and asset-backed securitization finance facilities backed by pools of middle market loans, broadly syndicated loans and other types of credit instruments.
Benjamin received his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, and his B.A from the University of North Carolina. He is admitted to practice in New York and North Carolina.
