Calla Abrunzo is an associate in Cadwalader’s Finance Group, focusing on commercial real estate finance. She primarily represents lenders in the financing of a range of commercial properties, including office, retail, hotel, industrial and multi-family housing. Calla has experience with multi-state and multi-property pooled transactions in connection with the origination of mortgage and mezzanine loans. She also has experience with the servicing and sale of mortgage loans, participation interests and loan workouts.
Calla received her J.D. from Penn State Law where she was Senior Editor of the Arbitration Law Review, her LL.M. from New York University School of Law, and her B.A. from State University of New York at Binghamton. Calla is admitted to practice in the State of New York and North Carolina.
