Carla Pilcher is an associate in the Finance Group in Cadwalader’s London office.
Carla focuses on fund finance, advising both lenders and borrowers on a variety of fund linked products, including subscription line facilities, asset-backed and hybrid facilities.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Carla practiced within the banking and finance group of an international law firm, advising on a broad range of transactions, including fund financing to both primary and secondary funds, general corporate lending and leveraged finance.
Carla is admitted to practice in England & Wales and in South Africa (non-practising).
