Catherine Richardson is a partner in the Tax Group in Cadwalader's London office.
She advises clients on all aspects of UK and international tax (both direct tax and indirect tax) and has experience of advising on a variety of different types of international debt and equity capital markets transactions, fund finance transactions, real estate financing transactions, corporate M&A transactions and general banking and finance matters.
Catherine is recognised in Legal 500 UK in the Corporate Tax category with clients noting that that Catherine is “a pleasure to work with, always interested in finding the best solution for clients, complimented by excellent technical knowledge and depth of experience.”
Catherine received Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees (BCom/LLB) from the University of Queensland, Australia. Catherine also received a MSc in Taxation from Oxford University. She is admitted to practice in England and Wales and is also admitted as a legal practitioner (non-practising) in Queensland, Australia.
